Don Jacobo Tempranillo Rosado is a full-bodied rosé wine from the Rioja region, specifically Rioja Oriental. The vineyards are situated on the Yerga hillside, known for producing rich grapes with excellent acidity. Most of the vines are over 40 to 60 years old! Grown organically, there is minimal intervention in the grape growth, allowing nature to take its course. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks using natural yeast, with minimal filtration, and the wine rests for 3 months in the bottle before being released for sale.

“PERLEI” is a beautiful, full-bodied rosé wine made from 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, sourced from vines at least 5 years old. “Perlei” means “for her” in Italian and is also the name of the farm where Luca's grandmother grew up. The soil consists of clay and limestone, and maceration takes place for 3 hours at a temperature of 15°C. The vineyard has been in the family since 1870 and has been 100% organically certified since 2020.
