Nestled between the soft hills and the Rhine River, this southern wine region is recognized as a pioneer area for organic and biodynamic viticulture in Germany. Made from 100% Riesling grapes, the harvest occurs about two weeks after they have ripened. The grapes undergo alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures before being filtered and bottled. Paul Barn is a white wine with a beautiful yellow hue, presenting a subtle bouquet of mineral notes and fresh citrus aromas. An elegant wine with a fine harmony between acidity and sweetness.

Winemaker Larry Levin, one of the most experienced in Napa Valley, crafted this wine. After completing his degree in viticulture at UC Davis, Larry spent 17 years at Dry Creek Vineyard, producing over 15 varietals across 18 vintages. Today, Larry leads his team at the large Ranch Winery where the wines are produced. For 20 consecutive years, Grayson Cellars has won ``Best Buy and Best Value`` from leading wine critics.

This Chardonnay is a ripe and fresh white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes aged in French oak barrels for 6 months, showcasing notes of green apples, peaches, apricots, and vanilla.

Bourgogne Tonnerre Le Clos du Château is a white Burgundy made from 100% Chardonnay. The soil consists of classic limestone and Kimmeridgian clay, where the vines thrive in the Èpicier area. Both the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation processes occur in stainless steel tanks, allowing the wine to sit on the dead yeast cells for up to 10 months, extracting both mineral and classic Burgundy notes. As indicated on the label, the Chardonnay vineyards are located close to the winery – ``le Clos du Château`` – and are cultivated according to organic regulations, aiming for certification with ``The Green Eco Leaf`` label in 2024.

Bourgogne Tonnerre is a Gallo-Roman wine region that has been cultivated since the 9th century! Chablis 1er Cru is a crisp and elegant white wine made from 100% Chardonnay, showcasing classic notes of green apples, quince, white peach, and high minerality typical of the Milly area. The soil comprises classic limestone and Kimmeridgian clay, with both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation occurring in stainless steel tanks. The wine rests on the dead yeast cells for up to 10 months. 1er Cru is the second highest level in the region's classification.

Viña Xétar Verdejo comes from the historic La Mancha region, where the family behind Bodegas El Progreso has deep roots. This alcohol-free white wine is elegant, sweet, and refreshing, perfectly balanced with flavor notes of peach, white flowers, and honeydew melon, creating a harmonious wine experience. The Verdejo grapes are harvested at night when the cooler temperatures help preserve their aroma and freshness, making this wine a delightful choice for any meal or as a refreshing aperitif.
